This is white marble from Danby, Vermont.  It was installed in a very old graveyard and the family wanted it to match the other marbles, all Danby!  The trim on the edges, the shape and the "proud" lettering of the name was in keeping with the original stones on site.  We darkened the lettering for readability, which will gradually fade, but some tinting and some external matter will always remain. BACK   NEXT
